Tour of RSU 71’s Elementary School Gardens

The Belfast Garden Club Education Committee wishes to invite you to a walking tour of RSU 71’s elementary school gardens at CASS, East Belfast, & Nickerson on Thursday, May 16;  from 3:45 – 5:00 PM.  Midcoast educators will be there to share ideas, insights, & inspiration about getting kids outdoors.  Belfast’s Elementary Garden coordinator Nicole Caruso, Lisa Brita (Title I), and Lauren Gjessing (FoodCorps) will guide us through our school gardens and would enjoy meeting other garden club members. 

It’s a great group of educators & nature enthusiasts!  And there will be snacks!
