Walk through local wonder and beauty in 2024.

See your neighbors’ gardens at their peak. All the gardens are open 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. rain or shine. A donation of $5 is suggested (checks or exact change is appreciated).

Four Gardens on Treat Street 
Treat Street, Belfast

  • Anna Petroski and Roger Jellison’s Place, 22 Treat St., which includes a shoreline restoration project. Inside: the work of local artists; painter Kerstin Engman will be on site for the day.
  • Gardens of Dale and Jim Kocot at 2 Treat,
  • Annie and Meurig Davies at 11 Treat, and
  • Fiona and Jeff Doody at 14 Treat.

Two Bayside Cottage Gardens
Broadway, Bayside, Northport

  • The Elliott Garden at 21 Broadway wraps around the cottage and includes a raised vegetable garden.
  • Carlton’s Cottage Garden at 24 Broadway showcases the joys of small-space gardening. The historic cottage will be open to visitors.

Lincolnville Avenue, Belfast

  • Betty’s Garden at 12 Lincolnville Ave. offers cottage-style garden beds, a tiny xeric area, and berry bushes. 
  • An Artist’s Garden at 18 Lincolnville brings visitors along stone paths to lawn, roses, and native shrubs.
